Pizza is your answer to using up leftovers. Keep the Tex-Mex theme here—whatever goes in a taco is fair game for pizza! We highly recommend crust-dunking in creamy 3 Onion Dip or spicy Chipotle Aioli.

Ingredients

Toppings (optional): Pizza Seasoning, 3 Onion Dip Mix, baby arugula or spinach

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 425° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
  2. Place pizza crust on pan; spread with sauce and sprinkle 12 cup cheese over top. Top with chicken, then remaining cheese.
  3. Bake 15 min, or until crust is golden. Add toppings, if desired. Cut into 8 slices.
Tips

A pizza crust can be many things—it’s basically a flatbread. Make it with fresh or frozen dough; store-bought, pre-shaped pizza shells; naan bread; matzo; pitas; tortillas; or even English muffins.

Swap prepared Pulled Pork for Chicken Barbacoa.
