Skip the expensive takeout! Vanessa Moreau created a veggie pizza recipe that’s got a dairy-free cheese sauce. It’s all flavour and no compromise, thanks to Modern Mac Seasoning.
Toppings (optional): walnuts, Better Than Bacon Topper, CCB Dip Mix, fresh basil
- Preheat oven to 375° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
- Place seasoning in a large, microwave-safe measuring cup or bowl. Gradually whisk in milk, 1⁄4 cup at a time, whisking well between additions. Microwave, uncovered, on high 4–5 min, or until creamy.
- Meanwhile, slice peppers, eggplant, and zucchini. Quarter tomatoes.
- Place naan on pan. Spread prepared sauce over naan and top with prepared veggies. Drizzle with olive oil, if desired.
- Bake 15–20 min or until naan is golden and crisp.
- Top pizzas with spinach and drizzle with balsamic reduction and optional toppings, if desired.
