Entertaining could not be easier. Everyone loves turkey dinner. This one-pan dinner looks gorgeous and is sure to impress.
- Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C).
- Lightly coat turkey with 1 tbsp olive oil and generously season all over with turkey seasoning. Place on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner. Roast for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine vegetables in a bowl and toss with remaining olive oil and seasoning. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine bread, broth, and stuffing seasoning. Stir in cranberries and beans.
- Remove pan from oven; increase temperature to 425° F (220° C). Spread the vegetables around the turkey in a single layer. Return to the oven and roast for 20 minutes.
- Remove pan from oven and tuck the bread mixture around the turkey.
- Roast everything for 10 minutes, until an instant read thermometer indicates the meat has a Food Safe internal temperature of 165° F (74° C).
Serve with Savory Herb Gravy.
