Toppings (optional): Black Pepper (Grinder)
- Dice pepper and ham.
- In a small bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and dip mix until frothy. Stir in diced ham and pepper.
- Pour into lightly oiled Omelet Maker. Close lid and microwave on high 2–3 min, or until omelet is set.
- Loosen omelet with spatula and carefully transfer onto plate. Top with prepared sauce and black pepper, if desired.
Prepare Hollandaise Sauce the night before. Reheat in the microwave until warm, whisking every 30 seconds.
Serve with 1 cup roasted potatoes and 1 cup chopped veggies.
